Agent/Broker Bad Faith Issues

Mr. Underdown has testified in several cases on the issues of bad faith on the part of Agents and Brokers. He has produced opinions that outline the duties of both the Insurance Agent/Broker and also the Insured. As a Risk Manager for over twenty years, Mr. Underdown has dealt with a wide variety of Agents and Brokers both on a local and national basis.
